It has to be a record!!! Three new agricultural worker dwellings approved in two weeks.
The first was approved by Cheshire East Planning Committee despite being recommended for refusal by planning officers. This was for a permanent dwelling on an existing turkey and sheep farm but at a new site.
The second was allowed by the Planning Inspectorate following an appeal against Warrington Borough Council's refusal. This was for a temporary dwelling on an expanding rare breed poultry enterprise.
The third was approved by planning officers in Cheshire East for a third dwelling on an existing (large) dairy farm. ...

We have secured permission for the conversion of this lovely stone barn to a large luxury two bedroom dwelling. The barn is in a beautiful position on the sunny aspect of a hall in Tameside with commanding views across the Valley.
Permission was secured under Class Q permitted development rights.
